Job Summary
Plan and execute preventive quality and release activities for tooling mechanical parts, ensuring compliance with Bosch quality requirements across suppliers and sub-suppliers throughout the product development process. Define corrective measures for deviations and verify that assigned projects and commodities meet qualification standards and timelines. Provide professional support to resolve technical quality topics, generate data for global quality and escalation meetings, and implement lessons learned to continuously improve release processes. Coordinate with project coordinators on critical targets and align activities with other Bosch locations.
Required Qualifications
- Bachelor degree with 5+ years of related experience in automotive area
- Solid knowledge in problem solving methodologies and standard automotive quality tools (8D, PQP/APQP, FMEA, etc.)
- High interpersonal skills, ability to work in teams and positive attitude
- Strives for high performance and product quality
- Fluent English (oral and in writing)
- Willingness to travel (inside and outside the home country)
- Good engineering skills in mechanical design and related production and measuring methods
- Fast learning and handling of purchase/quality IT-tools
- Certainly background in mechanical engineering and production processes
