Job Summary
Conduct sales acquisition and project management for JOEM motorcycle safety assistance systems and powertrain projects worldwide. Develop new growth opportunities, participate in sales planning, and manage customer interface negotiations for pricing and contracts. Lead launch management, plant coordination, and internal/external project meetings while executing change management and budget planning. Maintain project cost controls and coordinate activities across global branches in the US, Europe, India, and China. Internship runs from September 2026 to February 2027 with a monthly allowance of 180,000 Yen. Fluent English and upper-intermediate Japanese are required.
Required Qualifications
- Fluent English
- Upper-intermediate Japanese
- Be a communicative, proactive, tenacious and reliable team player
- Be able to stay for a period of 6-12 months at our company
- Be regularly enrolled at a university during the entire internship period
- Be flexible, willing and motivated to live and work in a different culture
- Be enrolled at a university at least 3 months before the internship
- University must sign a document confirming that the internship represents a mandatory or strongly recommended part of your university curriculum
