Job Summary
Greet customers, prepare and serve alcoholic and non-alcoholic beverages, and maintain bar cleanliness and compliance while delivering excellent service. Restock inventory, practice FIFO rotation, and clean surfaces, floors, and tables following all SOPs. Bid passengers farewell and handle other duties as assigned. This part-time role requires a 21+ age, prior bartending experience, and the ability to work flexible hours including early mornings, late nights, weekends, and holidays.
Required Qualifications
- 21 years of age or older
- Previous experience in bartending or similar role within the food or beverage industry
- Strong knowledge of various drink recipes, mixology techniques and bar equipment
- Good command of the English language both verbal and written
- High school diploma or equivalent
- Reliable transportation to and from the airport
- Able to lift 50 lbs. without assistance
- Ability to work efficiently in a fast-paced restaurant setting
- Physically able to be on your feet during an entire shift (8-10 hrs.)
- Positive attitude, excellent communication and willingness to get along with co-workers
- Ability to pass a 10 yr. federal background check
- Food Handler's license and Responsible Beverage Service license or the ability to obtain
- Willingness to work early mornings, late nights and/or weekends and holidays
