Job Summary
Take full ownership of identifying, refining, and implementing business growth programs, working with growth teams to improve performance, refine operations, and lead regional expansion, while using market insights and data-driven strategies to achieve sustainable and impactful growth. Lead the sales team in Sabah/Sarawak with focus on merchant acquisition, channel development, pipeline management, budgeting, reporting, and cross-department collaboration. Expect to guide incentive structures, oversee payout processes, stay ahead of industry trends, and maintain a healthy sales run rate with onsite work in Sabah or Sarawak. Fluent in English and Bahasa Malaysia; Bachelor's degree required; 7+ years of experience and prior sales team leadership preferred.
