Job Summary
Monitor truck movements toward Nakonde and ensure effective clearance. Receive, inspect, and submit customs documents to officers while sending daily tracking reports to operations and clearing agents to prevent delays. Inspect document quality during border exchanges and brief drivers, ensuring they remain disciplined, uniformed, and adhere to safety standards. Coordinate daily border updates with direct reports and record all activities using Alistair systems. Manage and coach subordinates while performing any other assigned duties. This role supports Alistair Group's logistics solutions across East and Southern Africa, focusing on road freight, warehousing, and commodity trading within mining, oil & gas, and agriculture sectors.
Required Qualifications
- A minimum of Degree in Logistics or Clearing and Forwarding
- Self-motivation

- Comfortable with Microsoft Office Package
