Execute passenger guidance, destination recommendations, and onboard service while maintaining strict HACCP standards and inventory control for all goods. Report any defects, incidents, or accidents immediately to management and initiate corrective measures. Manage technical readiness by registering repairs, ordering spare parts, and adhering to manufacturer maintenance cycles and legal regulations. Lead the vessel under the supervision of the ship captain while ensuring uniform compliance and professional conduct.
