Job Summary
Boomi Developer responsible for designing and implementing EDI and A2A integrations on the Boomi platform. Lead analysis, design, and implementation of EDI and A2A solutions, develop APIs using Boomi APIM, and drive end-to-end integration activities including mapping, testing, and production deployment. Monitor performance, troubleshoot complex issues, and optimize data flows. Mentor junior developers and participate in pre-sales activities. Strong client-facing experience and knowledge of integration patterns, EDI standards, and ERP systems (Oracle/SAP). Proficiency with SOAP, REST, XML, JSON, JavaScript/Groovy, GraphQL, and Boomi AgentStudio/MCP required.
Required Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree in computer science, IT or related fields
- 5+ years of experience in EDI consulting or related field
- Strong experience in RosettaNet , EDI 4010
- ERP experience (Oracle,SAP)
- Experience with Boomi integration with Salesforce, NetSuite, D365, Oracle EBS, Coupa, Infor, Sage, Shopify
- Boomi APIM experience
- Boomi certification preferred
- Strong communication skills
- Willingness to participate in pre-sales activities
- Hands-on Boomi platform experience (Cloud Integration, Application Integration APIs)
- Hands-on knowledge of SOAP, REST, XML, JSON, JavaScript / Groovy Script
- Coach and lead junior developers
- Boomi professional/architect certification is a must, ambassadors preferred
