Job Summary
Configure, deploy, and maintain Boomi integration processes, including workflows, connectors, and mappings. Manage infrastructure, operating systems, and deployed software to ensure high availability, performance, and reliability. Monitor environments, troubleshoot integration issues, and develop processes for data transformation, routing, and error handling. Set up monitoring tools, analyze performance metrics, and document procedures for training. Collaborate with business and technical teams to design solutions while adhering to security policies and best practices. Manage user access, permissions, and platform updates. Maintain up-to-date knowledge of Boomi features and cloud platforms.
Required Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in computer science, Information Technology, or a related field
- Boomi certifications
- Experience with cloud platforms (e.g., AWS, Azure) and other integration tools
- Familiarity with enterprise applications (e.g., CRM, ERP) and their integration requirements
- Strong understanding of integration concepts, data transformation, and API management
- Experience with Boomi connectors, process design, and error handling
Desired Qualifications
- Proficiency in scripting and programming languages (e.g., JavaScript, SQL) is a plus
