Required Qualifications
- Associate’s degree or Bachelor’s degree in business, finance, or accounting
- 1–3 years of relevant accounting or financial experience
- Strong organizational skills, attention to detail, and ability to meet deadlines
- Ability to work independently while following direction and prioritizing effectively
- High standards of discretion, integrity, and professionalism
- Experience with payroll, fund accounting, and nonprofit financial systems
- Strict adherence to Shadow Rock Policies
- Physical capabilities needed to perform essential job duties (including sitting for extended periods, occasional lifting of up to 20 lbs, and using standard office equipment)
Desired Qualifications
- Proficiency with financial and database systems
- Experience with ShelbyNext, Vanco, Amplify ChMS, and Procare
- Familiarity with cloud-based technologies
- Comfortable working with Churches or faith-based nonprofits
- Willingness to learn, adapt, and work additional hours as required
- Mission-focused perspective and alignment with Shadow Rock’s values

- Position is onsite; after orientation and training, some tasks may be performed remotely with approval
