Job Summary
Volunteer bookkeeper for WeVote to record and maintain financial transactions in QuickBooks, produce monthly/quarterly/annual financial reports, and provide financial data for tax filing. Responsibilities include collaborating with management to understand the budget, entering transactions monthly, preparing reports, and supporting financial operations for a nonprofit remote organization. Requires 3-5 years bookkeeping experience, nonprofit or small business experience, and skills in data entry, Google Sheets, QuickBooks, account reconciliation, and budget tracking.
