Job Summary
Maintain accurate day-to-day financial records by recording and categorizing transactions in QuickBooks, performing general ledger reconciliations, and resolving discrepancies. Process vendor invoices, prepare payments, and support payroll data entry and validation while ensuring all documentation remains organized for audits. Assist with month-end and year-end closing, prepare financial reports, and collaborate with leadership on special projects. This role requires 3+ years of bookkeeping experience, proficiency in Excel, and a valid driver's license. Required Qualifications
- High school diploma or equivalent
- Valid driver's license issued by the state of employment
- Ability to read, write, and speak English fluently
- 3+ years of bookkeeping, accounts payable, or related accounting experience
- Experience with QuickBooks
- Working knowledge of bookkeeping and basic accounting principles
- Strong proficiency with Microsoft Excel and spreadsheets
- Strong attention to detail and a high level of accuracy
- Ability to prioritize multiple responsibilities and meet deadlines
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills
- Ability to research discrepancies and follow issues through to resolution
- Ability to work independently while also contributing to a collaborative team
- High level of professionalism, confidentiality, and integrity when handling sensitive financial and employee information
- Ability to remain professional and effective during busy or stressful situations

- Associate's degree in accounting, finance, or a related field
