Job Summary

Manage the Accounts Payable cycle from expense approvals and invoice recording through payment runs and vendor reconciliations. Process monthly payroll, handle attendance tracking and benefit calculations, and distribute pay slips accurately. Maintain bank reconciliations, manage the burn report, and prepare statutory reports for Israeli tax and pension authorities. Support monthly, quarterly, and annual closing processes including balance sheet and P&L journal entries. Review employee expense reimbursements, administer benefits, and ensure compliance with labor laws. Maintain controls over intercompany transactions and balances across global entities. Support the day-to-day operation and continuous improvement of Priority and payroll systems.

Required Qualifications

  • Bookkeeping Certificate (Type 3)
  • Certified Payroll Controller (חשב/ת שכר מוסמך/ת)
  • Solid bookkeeping and payroll experience
  • Hands-on experience with Priority
  • High-level English (both written and verbal)

Desired Qualifications

  • Experience within the high-tech industry or a fast-paced environment
  • Experience with payroll software (Michpal)
  • Advanced MS Excel skills
  • Deep understanding of Israeli labor laws, tax regulations, pension schemes, and ITA reporting requirements
