Job Summary
Prepare and maintain financial records and assist the Principal, faculty and staff to ensure compliance with policies. Assist with activity fund budgets, monitor accounts, process purchase requests and supplier invoices using EPES and Munis, and reconcile bank statements to prepare monthly financial reports. Maintain accurate records of all financial transactions, handle cash deposits, and support fundraising and ticket sale activities. Serve as liaison between the high school and central office on financial matters and perform occasional front-office duties and document courier tasks. Attend meetings as required and perform other duties as assigned by the Principal.
Required Qualifications
- High school education or equivalent
- 1-3 years related experience
- Passing score on the Ky. Paraprofessional Test or 60 college credits
- Computer literate and able to operate office equipment
- Good organizational and communication skills
- Ability to work independently
- Familiarity with budgeting, purchasing, and recordkeeping
