Job Summary
Bookkeeper / Office Administrator combining bookkeeping with general office support in a growing manufacturing company. Manage accounts receivable and accounts payable, invoicing, collections, and vendor payments; create and send purchase orders; communicate with customers regarding billing and inquiries; assist with reporting and financial tracking; maintain organized digital and physical records; monitor office inventory and support daily operations. Proficiency with QuickBooks or similar software, Microsoft Excel/Google Sheets, Microsoft Outlook, and PDF management is preferred. Training available for the right candidate. Stable full-time schedule in Irvington, NJ with a Monday–Thursday 8:00 AM–4:30 PM and Friday 8:00 AM–2:30 PM availability; benefits include a 401(k) and a collaborative team environment.
Required Qualifications
- Previous experience in bookkeeping, accounting, or office administration preferred but not required.
