Job Summary
Record routine journal entries, input accounts payable bills and credit card transactions, and conduct month-end closing and reconciliation. Reconcile, investigate, correct, and adjust accounting information while performing bank reconciliations. Provide support to department colleagues as needed. Prioritize tasks in a fast-paced environment using QuickBooks, demonstrating strong attention to detail and organizational skills. Requires a Bachelor's degree, general bookkeeping or AR/AP experience, and prior knowledge of QuickBooks. Regular and reliable attendance is essential.

- Detail-oriented, excellent proofreading and editing skills
- Ability to work effectively in a fast-paced environment
- Organized
- Prior knowledge and experience of QuickBooks
- Exceptionally self-motivated and directed
- Ability to successfully pass a background check and drug screening
- Must be authorized to work in the country where the job is based
- Must be willing to submit up to a LEVEL II background and/or security investigation with a fingerprint
- Must be willing to submit to drug screening
