Job Summary
Bookkeeper responsible for accounts payable and receivable, payroll processing, bank reconciliations, resident account administration, and financial recordkeeping in a nonprofit senior living environment. Works closely with residents, staff, vendors, and the Finance Director to ensure accurate and timely financial operations. The ideal candidate is accurate, organized, dependable, and capable of independent work while delivering excellent service to residents, staff, and vendors. Experience in healthcare, senior living, nonprofit, or human services environments is a plus. Compensation: $26.00-31.00/hr; commensurate with experience and credentials. Schedule: Full-time 40 hours/week, Monday-Friday 8:00am-4:30pm. Benefits include comprehensive health offerings and retirement plans.
Required Qualifications
- Minimum two years of bookkeeping, payroll processing, and accounting support experience.
- Proficiency in QuickBooks and Microsoft Office, specifically Excel and Outlook.
