Job Summary
Full-Charge Bookkeeper needed to support multiple small business and individual clients in a hybrid role (3 days in-office, 2 days remote). Responsibilities include maintaining the general ledger and posting journal entries, performing bank and credit card reconciliations, managing accounts payable and processing payments, recording cash receipts and disbursements, preparing client financial statements, processing payroll for clients, preparing payroll and sales tax filings, and providing light administrative support such as scanning documents and communicating with clients. Qualifications require full-charge bookkeeping experience, intermediate QuickBooks and Excel skills, strong written and verbal communication, and the ability to manage multiple deadlines in a fast-paced environment.
