Job Summary
Detail-oriented Bookkeeper to support daily, weekly, and monthly accounting activities including banking transactions, vendor payments, expense processing, general ledger maintenance, and reconciliation support. Works with the Accounting Manager to ensure accurate, complete records and timely month-end close. Key duties include recording cash receipts and bank transfers in QuickBooks, processing vendor invoices with proper approvals, reviewing expenses and credit card transactions, preparing invoices for reimbursements, recording payroll-related entries, maintaining chart of accounts and monthly accruals, supporting bank/ledger reconciliations, organizing accounting records, supporting fixed asset activities and annual inventory, preparing periodic accounting reports, and assisting with special projects. Requires basic accounting knowledge, ability to follow instructions, willingness to learn QuickBooks and Zoho One, and strong attention to detail and deadlines.

- Basic understanding of accounting concepts, terminology, and the month-end close cycle
- Ability to follow instructions, multitask, and meet deadlines consistently
- Willingness and ability to learn and adapt to accounting systems such as QuickBooks and Zoho One
- Strong attention to detail and accuracy
- Sense of urgency and accountability in meeting accounting deadlines
- Ability to work effectively as part of a team
