Job Summary

Experienced Bookkeeper needed to join our client’s team on a full-time basis. Responsibilities include managing accounts payable, accounts receivable, and general ledger; preparing and reviewing financial statements (balance sheets, income statements, cash flow statements); performing month-end close with reconciliations and journal entries; maintaining GAAP and regulatory compliance; providing financial analysis to support business decisions; and developing process improvements to increase efficiency. Must have at least 4 years of bookkeeping experience, proficiency in QuickBooks and financial software, strong accounting principles knowledge, and excellent analytical, organizational, and communication skills. Fully onsite role located in Woodland Hills, CA.

Required Qualifications

  • At least 4 years of experience as a bookkeeper in a CPA firm or similar industry
  • Proficiency in QuickBooks and other financial software
  • Strong knowledge of accounting principles, including GAAP and financial reporting
  • Excellent analytical, organizational, and communication skills
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and meet deadlines
