Job Summary
Bookkeeper & Financial Operations Specialist responsible for maintaining accurate bookkeeping records, reconciling bank/credit card/financial accounts, preparing P&L and balance sheets, monitoring cash flow, managing AR/AP, processing payroll, and supporting multi-channel finance for a fully remote multi-channel wholesale/e-commerce business. The role involves vendor payments, ACH setup, banking administration, and providing proactive financial insights to support business decisions. Independent work across multiple sales channels with high ownership and autonomy, contributing to financial visibility and the company’s growth.
Required Qualifications
- Proven bookkeeping or accounting experience in a small business environment
- Strong understanding of Accounts Payable and Accounts Receivable processes
- Experience preparing financial reports and performing reconciliations
- Solid cash flow monitoring and financial organization skills
- High attention to detail and accuracy
- Ability to work independently and manage priorities effectively
- Strong communication skills with the confidence to raise concerns proactively
- Comfortable working across multiple sales and payment channels
- Experience with e-commerce, wholesale, or multi-channel businesses is a plus
