Job Summary
Bookkeeper & Financial Operations Specialist to maintain accurate bookkeeping records, reconcile bank/credit card/financial accounts, prepare P&L and Balance Sheets, monitor cash flow, manage AR/AP, process payroll, ACH setup, vendor payments, and banking administration. Requires proven bookkeeping or accounting experience in a small business, strong AP/AR knowledge, ability to prepare financial reports and perform reconciliations, and capability to work independently across multi-channel sales environments (e-commerce, wholesale, D2C). The role offers ownership, autonomy, and exposure to wholesale and multi-channel operations in a fully remote capacity.
Required Qualifications
- Proven bookkeeping or accounting experience in a small business environment
- Strong understanding of Accounts Payable and Accounts Receivable processes
- Experience preparing financial reports and performing reconciliations
- Solid cash flow monitoring and financial organization skills
- High attention to detail and accuracy
- Ability to work independently and manage priorities effectively
- Strong communication skills with the confidence to raise concerns proactively
- Comfortable working across multiple sales and payment channels
- Experience with e-commerce, wholesale, or multi-channel businesses is a plus
