Job Summary
Bookkeeper & Financial Operations Specialist responsible for maintaining accurate month-end bookkeeping, bank/cash account reconciliations, producing P&L and balance sheets, managing A/R and A/P, handling vendor payments, payroll processing, ACH setup, banking documentation, and supporting multi-channel sales operations. Requires proactive, detail-oriented, independent work across e-commerce/wholesale channels, with strong communication to raise concerns and ensure financial visibility and cash flow health across a fully remote, multi-location business.
Required Qualifications
- Proven bookkeeping or accounting experience in a small business environment
- Strong understanding of Accounts Payable and Accounts Receivable processes
- Experience preparing financial reports and performing reconciliations
- Solid cash flow monitoring and financial organization skills
- Ability to work independently and manage priorities effectively
- Experience with e-commerce, wholesale, or multi-channel businesses is a plus
