Job Summary
Evolve is seeking a reliable and detail-oriented Bookkeeper to support the finance team in managing daily accounting operations. Responsibilities include maintaining accurate financial records, processing vendor invoices and customer payments, reconciling bank and credit card statements, assisting with payroll processing, providing month-end/year-end support, and preparing documentation for audits. The ideal candidate has 2-3 years of bookkeeping experience, solid familiarity with accounting principles, and skills in software like QuickBooks. Strong attention to detail, problem-solving, and organizational skills are essential.
Required Qualifications
- Minimum of 2-3 years of bookkeeping experience, with direct AP/AR responsibilities
- Strong knowledge of basic accounting principles and practices
- Fluency in English
Desired Qualifications
- Familiarity with accounting software (QuickBooks or similar)
- Proficiency in Microsoft Excel and/or Google Sheets
- Strong problem-solving and analytical skills
- Clear written and verbal communication skills
- Ability to manage multiple tasks and meet deadlines
