Job Summary
Bookkeeper and Account Executive in a fast-growing business management firm. Responsibilities include supervising bookkeeping staff, handling robust books, preparing monthly and quarterly financial statements, processing client payroll, maintaining General Ledger and trial balances, onboarding new clients and vendors, recording journal entries and reconciliations, bank statement reconciliation, managing client loan processing, asset schedules, cash flow reporting, coordinating with tax to meet deadlines, and creating commission reconciliation schedules. Requires strong communication, time management, organizational skills, and collaboration with senior accountants and tax teams.
Required Qualifications
- High School diploma required
- Bachelor's degree preferred
- 4+ years of experience in accounting, business management, and/or working with high-net-worth individuals
- 1+ years of experience working in AgilLink, Datafaction, QuickBooks preferred
- Proficient in Microsoft Office
