Job Summary
Full-time, in-office Bookkeeper/Administrative Assistant supporting Capstone Realty Professionals in Phoenix. Responsibilities include processing invoices and utility bills, commission payments, notices and evictions, reviewing leases for accuracy, posting payments, managing HOA statements, bank reconciliations, filing TPT, credit card management, QuickBooks categorization and reporting, and providing accounting support for projects. Requires high attention to detail, ability to work independently and as part of a team, strong communication, and solid understanding of accounting principles within a real estate/property-management context.
Required Qualifications
- High School Diploma or GED Equivalency
- Additional training in Accounting principles is highly preferred
- AZ Real Estate License a plus
- Reliable transportation
- Strong customer service skills
- Excellent communication and interpersonal abilities
- Ability to work well with people
- Exceptional analytical and problem-solving skills
