Job Summary
Oversee manufacturing site financials, compliance, reporting, budgeting, and forecasting while leading a team of four to five accountants. Manage monthly close processes, internal and external audits, and variance analysis for CapEx, inventory, and fixed assets. Partner with site leadership on strategic planning, program launches, and cost optimization initiatives. Drive key performance metrics and financial awareness across operational teams. This role supports decision-making through financial modeling and profitability analytics within a manufacturing environment.
Required Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in Accounting, Finance, or related field
- 10+ years experience with month-end close processes, account reconciliations, and accounting management
- 1+ year of experience in manufacturing
- Ability to commute to the site
