Job Summary
Handle pre and post reservation inquiries via phone, email, and fax, and manage customer requests by phone and email. Modify, change, or cancel existing reservations and make outbound calls to hotels and guests to arrange special requests. Act as liaison between guests and hotels to resolve complaints while maintaining relationships through high-level customer service and account management support. Work rotational shifts (24/7) in Kuala Lumpur. Fresh graduates are welcome to apply.
Required Qualifications
- Fluent in English & Cantonese
- Responsible and able to work independently
