Job Summary
Handle pre and post reservation inquiries via phone, email, and fax. Modify, change, or cancel existing reservations and make outbound calls to hotels or guests to arrange special requests. Act as the liaison between guests and hotels to resolve complaints while managing relationships through high-level customer service and account management support. Work rotational shifts (24/7) in G-Tower, Kuala Lumpur. Fluent in English and Cantonese with strong commercial understanding and problem-solving skills are required. Fresh graduates are welcome to apply.
