Job Summary
Facilitate graphics design work to meet customer requirements while operating Challenge Cutters, Horizon Perfect Binders, and various high-volume printing machines. Adjust equipment settings for paper size, weight, and folds to produce uniform impressions, then check print job accuracy and fine-tune settings for optimal results. Perform job delivery, distribution, and routine equipment maintenance, including necessary repairs. Safeguard highly sensitive records and documents in compliance with legal standards for care, control, and archival storage. Review work of other staff members and receive training on reproduction machinery as assigned.
Required Qualifications
- A four-year high school diploma or its educational equivalent
- one year of satisfactory full-time experience in operating various commercial grade machines which assemble, drill, glue, fold, cut and bind printed material
- Three years of satisfactory bookbinding experience operating various commercial grade machines
- Education and/or experience equivalent to the above requirements

- Some experience with handling machinery
