Processes donated books to determine if they should be sold in the store or online by performing duties such as scanning ISBNs with Neatoscan to decide online vs. in-store sale, moving items to appropriate areas, keeping the station clean and SOP-compliant, sorting/merchandising items by category, rotating stock, reporting security concerns, and performing other duties as assigned. Emphasizes teamwork, following rules, and maintaining quality customer service in a Goodwill environment.
