Job Summary
Mental Health Technician (Community Coordinator) at Mission Prep Healthcare supporting adolescents (ages 12–17) in Residential Treatment Facilities. Responsibilities include coordinating and transporting clients to daily activities, employing intervention and communication skills with clients and families, adhering to Joint Commission policies and procedures, collaborating with the program nurse and clinical team on medication management, documenting client activities in BestNotes, maintaining clean and safe residences, and contributing to an integrated, healing environment within a multidisciplinary team. Proficiency with Microsoft Office, Adobe Acrobat, and Google Suite is expected, along with knowledge of clinical terminology (preferred).
Required Qualifications
- Education: High School Diploma or GED, Bachelor's preferred
- Background Check: Must pass ADP Selective Screening Services and other Federal/State background checks
- Valid Driver’s License: 4 years of driving experience, 21+, insurance eligibility
- Physical Requirements: ability to lift up to 20 lbs., navigate stairs
