Job Summary
As a Mental Health Technician (Community Coordinator) at Mission Prep Healthcare, you will coordinate and transport clients to daily activities, use intervention and communication skills with clients and families, monitor and document medications and side effects in the electronic health record, maintain a safe, clean, and supportive residential environment, collaborate with nursing and clinical teams, document in BestNotes, and support adolescent mental health treatment in a mission-driven program in Waterford, VA.
Required Qualifications
- Education: High School Diploma or GED; Bachelor's preferred
- Background Check required (ADP Selective Screening Services and other Federal/State checks)
- Valid Driver’s License with compliant driving history
- Physical requirements: able to walk/stand, lift up to 20 lbs, navigate stairs
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office, Adobe Acrobat, and Google Suite
- Knowledge of clinical terminology (preferred)
