Job Summary
HR Manager for Medical Facility: oversee business office and human resources functions, including interviewing, hiring, onboarding, benefits administration, payroll compliance, employee relations, policy alignment with regulations, and maintaining confidential records. Ensure compliance with federal/state/local employment laws (including healthcare and SNF), guide department heads, promote a positive workplace culture, and support talent engagement and retention. Requires a Bachelor’s degree in HR/Business or related field and 3-5 years of HR management experience in healthcare or long-term care; experience in recruiting healthcare professionals (nurses/caregivers) and strong knowledge of employment laws and SNF compliance. Required Qualifications
