Bolting Systems Director of Sales

Job Summary
Director of Sales leading inside and outside sales teams across oil & gas sectors to drive revenue growth for bolting systems rental, sales and services. Responsible for developing a regional sales strategy, mentoring teams, achieving KPIs, pursuing new market opportunities in Gulf Coast oil & gas (upstream, midstream, downstream) and related industries, and maintaining strategic customer relationships. Oversees CRM-based forecasting, budgeting, pricing strategy, contract negotiations, and collaboration with marketing and operations to ensure service delivery excellence. Role emphasizes executive-level customer engagement, market trend analysis, and driving profitability through leadership of multi-state sales territories.
Required Qualifications
- 8–12+ years of progressive sales leadership experience, including managing both inside and outside sales teams
- Demonstrated success in the oil and gas industry (upstream, midstream, and/or downstream)
- Strong knowledge of hydraulic torque and tensioning equipment or closely related industrial tools
- Proven track record of achieving and exceeding revenue targets
- Experience managing multi-state or regional sales territories, preferably in the Gulf Coast
- Excellent leadership, communication, and negotiation skills
- Bachelor’s degree in business, engineering, or related field (MBA a plus)
