Job Summary
Technical Support Advisor for Bókun with Spanish language proficiency. Diagnoses and resolves technical issues, triages and escalates complex cases, and maintains clear troubleshooting documentation. Handles inbound/outbound communications in English and Spanish across email, phone, video calls with screen sharing, and chat. Collaborates with Tier 1 and technical teams to manage escalations, research problems, raise bug reports, and ensure timely resolutions. Requires 1–3 years in customer service or technical support, basic CSS/HTML/CMS knowledge, strong problem-solving, customer-focused attitude, and ability to meet performance targets such as response time and customer satisfaction. Hybrid role with 2 days/week in the Oxford office; travel industry experience is a plus. Fluency in English and Spanish, ability to multitask, and flexibility to work weekends. Required Qualifications
