Lead by example during active shifts, assigning tasks, managing crew flow, and ensuring shift checklists are completed. Maintain food safety, cleanliness, and operational standards while handling minor guest complaints with professionalism. Help train new team members and offer real-time coaching. Communicate clearly with management about needs, concerns, and wins. Support drive-thru, front counter, kitchen, or any area as needed. Prior experience in food service or hospitality is preferred, along with leadership qualities and reliable, punctual teamwork.
