Job Summary
Greet guests with a smile, process payments accurately, and handle change. Prepare and serve food meeting quality standards while explaining menu items and answering customer questions. Maintain cleanliness and organization within the dining area, kitchen, and outside of the store. Some roles require completion of Bojangles University training to support skill development and operational standards. Full-time and part-time shifts are available with competitive pay. Candidates must be at least 16 years old, possess basic math skills for cashier positions, and have the ability to stand, bend, and lift up to 40 pounds.
