Job Summary
Represent Culligan professionally within the community and perform service, installation, and repair of residential and commercial water treatment equipment. Exceed customer expectations by delivering tailored solutions, promote and sell Culligan products/services, and maintain a safe, positive image. Ideal candidate possesses mechanical aptitude, strong problem-solving abilities, and customer-service experience; expects regular training and development. Schedule typically Monday to Friday (start between 7:00am and 7:30am). Required Qualifications
- Preferred: 1 year of plumbing and/or water conditioning service/installation experience
- Ability to solve problems quickly and efficiently; strong problem-solving skills
- Mechanical aptitude
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills
- Customer service/customer-focused experience
- Ability to move products weighing up to 185 lbs
- Pre-employment background check, drug screening, and DOT physical upon offer
