Job Summary
Boilermaker on a long-term Civmec project in Eneabba, WA. Responsibilities include using hand tools and forming machines to weld steel components, performing MMAW/FCAW/MIG welding, marking out components per engineering and detail fabrication drawings, interpreting drawings, following quality control systems, maintaining MARK numbers on components, and cutting/notching/drilling/re-reaming/forming as required. Also housekeeping and other general duties. Must meet Australian recognised Trade Certificate requirements, hold Safety and elevated work licenses (White Card, VOC, High risk elevating work platform), have a valid Driver’s Licence, and pass a pre-employment medical and drug/alcohol screen; ability to attend and pass a 3G/4G Weld Test is required. DIDO roster: 2:1 Drive-In Drive-Out with Eneabba, WA site assignment.
Required Qualifications
- Australian recognised Trade Certificate
- Working Safely at Heights Certificate
- High risk elevating work platform license and VOC
- Drivers Licence
- White Card
- Previous construction experience
- Ability to attend and pass a 3G/4G Weld Test
- Pre-employment medical and drug & alcohol screen
