Job Summary
Install, troubleshoot, and repair commercial and industrial HVAC systems up to 1,000 tons, including boilers, rooftop units, and control systems. Perform preventive maintenance, read blueprints and wiring diagrams to identify issues, and diagnose mechanical or refrigeration circuit failures. Maintain accurate job records, deliver parts to support project timelines, and mentor apprentices when required. Provide on-site technical support and retraining for customers as needed. Full-time position with overtime available; EPA Universal Certification and 5+ years of experience required.
Required Qualifications
- 5+ years of Boiler commercial/industrial HVAC service experience
- Associate's degree or trade school certification in HVAC (or equivalent experience)
- EPA Universal Certification
- Valid driver's license with a clean driving record
- Ability to work independently, follow safety protocols, and solve problems on the spot
- Strong communication and customer service skills
- Comfortable working in various environments, including extreme temperatures and heights
- availability for overtime and weekends
