Job Summary
Boiler Technician role with Plumbing Systems Inc. (PSI) requires diagnosing, repairing, and maintaining boilers, furnaces, heat pumps, AC systems, and hydronic systems; delivering excellent customer service to homeowners; conducting comprehensive system evaluations and recommending solutions; adhering to safety standards and procedures; and participating in ongoing training. Eligible candidates should have 3+ years of HVAC service experience, boiler-specific diagnostics/repair/maintenance expertise, EPA certification, a valid driver’s license, and strong communication skills. The position offers competitive pay ($100k-$175k annual earning potential) with incentives and a full benefits package, and is based in Gypsum and Silverthorne, Colorado (onsite work).
Required Qualifications
- 3+ years as an HVAC Service Technician
- Boiler experience (diagnostics, repair, and maintenance)
- EPA certification (NATE certification a +)
- Valid driver’s license
- Strong communication skills and a customer-first mindset
