Job Summary
Boiler Operator I, 2nd shift (evening), full-time role, Monday–Friday with 40 hours/week. Requires high school graduation with preferred electrical/electronic theory training; boiler operator license preferred; maritime or powerhouse boiler operation experience; knowledge of electrical systems and pneumatic control circuits; OSHA/MIOSHA safety standards; ability to operate power tools and complex test equipment; valid Michigan driver’s license. Required Qualifications
- High school graduate with formal training in basic electrical or electronic theory preferred
- Boiler Operator license preferred
- Maritime or powerhouse experience with boiler operation
- Knowledge of equipment methods and materials used in boiler operation including electrical systems and pneumatic control circuits
- Knowledge of OSHA and MIOSHA safety standards
- Ability to operate power tools and complex test equipment
- Valid Michigan driver's license
