Job Summary
Operate and monitor the boiler in accordance with WI, filling out logsheets to record conductivity, steam, and coal usage for CCP control and traceability. Check and meet needs of boiler supporters, clean filters, and tidy the work location. Implement preventive maintenance and run safety regulations while ensuring quality management systems (ISO 9001, ISO 22000, Halal, SMK3, ISCC) are followed. Report immediately on unnecessary operating conditions and address unfair conditions per superior instructions. Care for boilers when not in operation and maintain all equipment and environmental cleanliness.
Required Qualifications
- Knowledge of WI (Work Instructions)
- Ability to fill out logsheets as per format
- Knowledge of conductivity steam condensate measurement for CCP control
- Ability to report CCP deviations to the supervisor (min foreman boiler)
- Ability to take corrective action according WI
- Ability to record actual use of Steam and Coal daily
- Ability to check and meet the needs of boiler supporters (water, fuel, chemicals)
- Ability to check and clean filters
- Ability to clean the boiler and tidy up the work location
- Ability to report to the boss as soon as possible in case of unnecessary operating conditions
- Ability to address unfair operating conditions in accordance with the instructions of superiors
- Ability to implement preventive maintenance according to the instructions of superiors
- Ability to care for boilers when not in operation
- Knowledge of Safety Regulation in accordance with applicable policy
- Knowledge of quality management system (ISO 9001: 2000, ISO 22000: 2005, Halal, SMK3, ISCC system)
- Ability to maintain and maintain all equipment
- Ability to maintain cleanliness of the environment in the work location
