Boiler Operator Apprentice

Complete boiler operation duties under supervision, including monitoring pressure gauges, adjusting fuel valves, and maintaining water levels. Perform routine inspections of burners and safety systems, log operational data, and assist senior operators with startup and shutdown procedures. Maintain a clean and safe work environment by following all lockout/tagout protocols and reporting equipment malfunctions immediately. This apprenticeship includes on-the-job training, a 40-hour work week, and benefits such as health insurance and paid time off.
