Job Summary

Lead the development and launch of a new boiler equipment sales division in British Columbia, driving equipment sales across the province with a focus on the Lower Mainland. Develop and execute a go-to-market strategy for the boiler line, build relationships with mechanical contractors and consulting engineers, collaborate with engineering and technical support teams through the sales process, identify market opportunities, convert opportunities into sales, and provide market intelligence to senior leadership to support long-term growth and product strategy.

Required Qualifications

  • Proven experience in boiler and/or hydronics equipment sales within the HVAC industry
  • Strong understanding of the BC market, particularly the Lower Mainland
  • Established relationships with contractors and consulting engineers
  • Demonstrated ability to build and grow a business unit or product line
  • Strong commercial acumen with a strategic, entrepreneurial mindset
  • Leadership experience or readiness to step into a people-management role
  • Technical background or experience working closely with engineering teams is an asset
