Job Summary
Looking for an experienced Boiler | HVAC Service Technician to perform inspections, repairs, and maintenance for commercial and residential customers in the Detroit Metropolitan Area. Successful candidates will work independently and have a strong understanding of boiler systems and codes.
Required Qualifications
- At least three years of professional Boiler | HVAC service experience
- Valid Driver’s License
- No felony or Class A misdemeanor convictions
- Drug free, must submit to a drug screening
- Strong understanding of boiler design, function & operation
- Ability to read and understand wiring schematics and diagrams
- Proficient with manual and power tools
- Must have mental & physical stamina, able to lift ≥ 50 lbs
- Must be reliable and self-motivated
Desired Qualifications
- Completed training program from an accredited institution
- Familiar with boiler systems
