Job Summary
Operate, maintain, repair, and diagnose high-pressure steam boilers, critical mechanical systems, and building infrastructure equipment. Complete preventive maintenance per policies and CMMS timelines to ensure regulatory compliance. Plan, organize, and prioritize work tasks while coordinating modifications and repairs with minimal disruption to the mission and within fiscal constraints. Communicate concerns to appropriate personnel and interact effectively with staff, visitors, and patients. Serve as a resource and mentor to others.
Required Qualifications
- Operate, maintain, repair and diagnose High Pressure steam Boilers, critical mechanical/plumbing systems and equipment relating to building Infrastructure
- Complete preventive maintenance per policies and/or procedures following the CMMS timeline ensuring regulatory compliance
- Demonstrates effective communication, assertiveness, and versatility in responding to customer needs
- Is able to plan, organize, and prioritize work tasks
- Possesses excellent verbal and written communication skills
- Possesses excellent human relations skills to interact with staff, visitors, and patients
- Serves as a resource and mentor to others
