Job Summary
Back of House Team Member at Chick-fil-A responsible for preparing, cooking, assembling, and presenting food safely and efficiently to Chick-fil-A standards; know assignments for all kitchen stations (fries, breading, assembling, boards, food prep); stock kitchen inventory; keep kitchen neat/clean; stay up-to-date on new products; report maintenance issues; complete in-house training; handle opening/closing tasks; adhere to dress code and policies; teamwork and leadership development in a positive, people-focused environment.
