Job Summary
BOH Supervisor collaborates with the Chef de Cuisine to manage the line, ensuring efficient flow of service; mentors staff, enforces training, maintains high cleanliness and health/ safety standards, and oversees quality control of all kitchen operations and inventory, while supporting interdepartmental coordination with FOH and leading the back-of-house team in the absence of the Chef de Cuisine.
Required Qualifications
- A Food Managers Certification where required by local and state health code regulations
- Must always be able to work an 8-hour shift standing up
- Ability to lift up to 50 lbs.
