Job Summary
Pastry Cook (Early AM) responsible for following written instructions with precise measurements to create specialized cakes and pastries; duties include measuring ingredients, decorating mousse cakes and tarts, assisting in dessert menu planning, testing recipes with Executive Chef, developing cake designs, adhering to exact timing and measurements, using kitchen tools, inventory updates, and maintaining cleanliness and safety in the kitchen; must have knowledge of French techniques, be English-speaking, available weekends, and able to start at 4:30am five days a week; ability to lift up to 30lbs and comply with ADA accommodations; Equal Opportunity Employer; pay range $17-$24/hour.
